Responsibilities

• Meet with associates regularly to communicate expectations and evaluate training levels.
• Schedule staff to cover shipments and tasks with optimal staffing.
• Handle promotions, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
• Manage finances to maintain profitability and optimize processes.
• Maintain invoicing, billing, payables, and expense reports.
• Coordinate with Sales to ensure leads and bookings flow.
• Develop and review budget and goals with staff.
• Ensure customers receive courteous and efficient service.
