Responsibilities

• Accept and register new shipments as necessary.
• Dispatch crews for each job and optimize workload.
• Assign drivers and coordinate shipments with corporate teams.
• Input weekly payroll and process new hire paperwork.
• Assist in recruiting OTR drivers.
• Audit weekly fuel logs.
• Oversee warehouse operations and ensure cleanliness and compliance.
• Maintain logs for local equipment and trucks.
