The role requires a BS/BA and 5+ years manufacturing experience, with supervisory experience leading 100+ people. Strong analytical, communication, and ERP/QAD skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree required (B.S./B.A.).
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience, aerospace/forgings a plus.
• Experience supervising large teams (100+).
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and QAD.

Responsibilities

• Meet throughput targets safely, on time, and within quality and cost goals.
• Plan and manage production schedules and labor/equipment needs.
• Train, coach, and lead employees; manage performance and staffing.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, production control, finance, HR and suppliers.
• Drive lean improvements, cost reductions, and on-time delivery.
• Maintain safe, positive work environment and compliance with regulations.
• Perform staffing, interviewing, hiring, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Support cross-training and maintain skill matrices.
