Responsibilities

• Lead site safety, quality, and regulatory compliance as primary focus.
• Own full P&L, budgets, forecasts, and capital planning.
• Drive operational excellence, manage KPIs, and continuous improvement.
• Develop growth strategies, new product introductions, and customer growth.
• Lead and develop a strong manufacturing leadership team.
