Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 7+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead large, diverse teams.
• Experience with machining or precision manufacturing environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement capability.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L responsibility, including budgets and forecasts.
• Develop and execute short and long-term business strategies driving revenue and profitability.
• Drive safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity performance.
• Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews with leadership.
• Apply lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement.
