Qualifications

• 5–7 years planning and directing operations.
• Manufacturing and Production experience required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Clean and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 30+ member team and drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Coach and mentor employees for professional development and future growth.
• Develop training, procedures and cross‑training to support multi‑function operations.
