Wallenius Wilhelmsen in Oxnard, CA is seeking an Operations Manager to lead our Vehicle Processing Center. You will drive safety, quality, and efficiency while aligning production with customer requirements and financial goals.

This on-site role requires 5–7 years of leadership in manufacturing or logistics, a Bachelor's degree, and the ability to manage schedules, budgets, and resources. Competitive benefits and merit-based pay are included, with a starting salary range of $104,000–$110,000.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5–7 years of leadership experience in vehicle processing, automotive, manufacturing, logistics, or similar operational environment.
• Experience leading production operations and customer-focused service delivery, including performance management and productivity improvements.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as business needs require.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute operational strategies to support VPC goals and business objectives.
• Lead workforce planning, staffing, scheduling, continuous improvement, and cost-reduction efforts.
• Oversee all vehicle processing functions and manage production schedules, resources, and daily workflow.
• Champion safety, quality, and compliance and protect confidential information.
• Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and employees to drive engagement and performance.
• Manage budgeting, resource planning, inventory, and assets to ensure efficiency.
