Job summary

Wallenius Wilhelmsen group is seeking a Distribution Lead to oversee day-to-day production activities at our Vehicle processing Center. You will supervise a high-performing team, coordinate workflow, train staff, ensure safety and quality, and maintain records in Excel while driving operational success.

The role requires leadership experience, strong communication, and hands-on coaching. Working Thursday to Saturday, 6:00 AM–6:30 PM, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in vehicle processing, production, logistics, or a related operational environment.
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching, or training experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily workflow by monitoring vehicle aging, prioritizing installations, and communicating lot activity with distribution to maintain production flow and minimize time on property.
