The role focuses on strategic leadership, workforce development, and cross-functional collaboration to meet service and delivery goals in a on-site setting. A Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years’ leadership experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5–7 years of leadership experience in vehicle processing, automotive, manufacturing, logistics, or similar operational environment.
• Experience leading production operations and customer-focused service delivery, including performance management and productivity improvements.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational strategies to support VPC goals and business objectives.
• Lead workforce planning, staffing, scheduling, continuous improvement, and cost-reduction efforts.
• Oversee vehicle processing functions and manage production schedules and resources.
• Drive safety, quality, and compliance across operations.
• Coach and develop supervisors and employees to boost engagement and performance.
• Manage budgeting, resource planning, inventory, and assets for efficiency.
