• Create and implement productivity plans through forecast reviews and load balancing with leaders
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises
• Collaborate with Safety, Ops Integration, Loss Prevention and HR to meet business objectives
• Lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk during shifts up to 12 hours
• Work in environments with variable temperatures and weather
• Work a flexible schedule (weekends and/or overnight shifts)
