ALO in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a multi-function value stream (inbound, pick/pack, outbound shipments) and drive a lean culture of inventory, people, and processes. You will oversee safety, quality, and performance metrics while aligning resources with client SLAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; HS/GED acceptable.
• Experience with LEAN, Six Sigma, or similar process-improvement ideologies.
• Minimum 2 years of progressive Operations management experience.
• Experience leading up to 100 associates.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and motivate direct reports.

Responsabilités

• Lead and plan day-to-day operational strategy for inbound, pick/pack, and outbound shipments.
• Ensure safety, productivity, quality, and adherence to client SLAs.
• Oversee performance management for staff and development of direct reports.
• Manage shift directives, including weekends or additional shifts if required.
• Drive lean process improvements and CI initiatives across the value stream.
• Monitor KPIs, budgets, and resources to optimize cost and service.
