Job summary

ALO is a brand rooted in mindful movement, seeking an Operations Manager to lead an operations team responsible for inbound, pick/pack, outbound shipments and inventory. The role emphasizes lean culture and continuous improvement while aligning with client SLA targets and safety standards.

The position requires directing shifts, supervising up to 100 associates, and driving productivity and quality through structured performance management and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or HS Degree/GED required.
• Experience with process improvement ideologies such as LEAN or Six Sigma (certification preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of progressive Operations management experience.
• Experience leading up to 100 associates.
• Strong communication and motivational skills.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for client SLA agreements and site quality targets.
• Develop and manage day-to-day operational strategy for safe, productive campus operation.
• Lead and develop direct reports.
• Oversee 2nd shift and weekend/donut shifts as applicable.
• Plan, prioritize and communicate shift directives for efficiency and quality.
• Manage lean processes and CI initiatives to improve safety, quality, and cost.
• Interact with clients on operational topics and maintain inventory.
