Job summary

ALO in Texas is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a multi-station production/fulfillment team, ensuring timely order processing and quality.

You will drive safety, training, and performance, implement process improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production goals. This role emphasizes lean practices, inventory control, and adherence to regulatory requirements, with growth opportunities within our global retail operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, logistics, Business, Operations, or related field, or 2 years of managerial experience.
• Experience in Warehousing, 3PL, Distribution or Manufacturing preferred but not required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Bilingual English/Spanish desired but not required.
• Ability to lead, coach, and mentor teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of WMS is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day activities in accordance with SOPs, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity.
• Oversee shift operations and manage inventory and replenishment.
• Plan and coordinate shift activities; ensure adherence to DC procedures.
• Ensure proper training and development of shift personnel.
• Support continuous improvement and lean culture across inventory, people, and processes.
• Lead fulfillment projects and monitor production metrics.
• Partner with managers and cross-departments to implement fulfillment strategies.
• Participate in recruiting and selection; conduct performance reviews and apply corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with Safety, OSHA, HazMat and DOT regulations.
