Job summary

Mondelez International seeks a senior IL6S leader to accelerate our Operational Excellence program across the US supply chain. You will partner with senior leadership to drive the roadmap, lead loss analyses, and coach regional teams in TPM-enabled improvement projects.

The role emphasizes strategic insight, cross‑functional collaboration, and hands‑on deployment of high‑impact initiatives to boost margins, cash flow, and growth while developing talent and capability across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Materials); Master’s degree preferred.
• 8+ years’ experience in production environment leading teams.
• Strong TPM experience is a must.
• 8+ years in development and implementation of industrial management systems focused onloss reduction by applying TPM and high‑performance organizations.

Responsibilities

• Support IL6S program development and implementation at Mondelez Supply Chain, including ownership for direction and adjustments.
• Execute IL6S Operational Excellence Roadmap with Senior Leadership alignment.
• Lead manufacturing loss analyses and train region resources on initiatives to improve revenue, product margin, cash‑flow and growth.
• Drive asset reliability improvements through training, coaching and talent development.
