Job summary

Parker Aerospace is seeking a Production Supervisor for 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 2:30pm-11:30pm) in Glendale, AZ. You will supervise the production team, drive Lean initiatives, and partner with Engineering to ensure on-time delivery while maintaining quality and safety.

Responsibilities include capacity planning, workflow optimization, and development of standardized work. A BA/BS and 4+ years in a related role are required; familiarity with WebFocus and Power Platform tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree plus 4+ years in related role.
• Experience driving lean improvements and cost reduction.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the shift team; distribute workload.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and reduce waste.
• Ensure quality standards and safety compliance on the floor.
• Coordinate capacity planning and staffing for production area.
• Develop standardized work instructions and maintain process stability.
• Support product launches with Engineering.
