Job summary

Parker Aerospace in Glendale, AZ is seeking a Lean Practitioner II to independently lead site-level and value-stream improvement initiatives that support Parker Lean System deployment and Lean transformation. This role applies advanced Lean knowledge, data analysis, and change leadership to reduce waste and improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

You will coach teams, mentor less-experienced practitioners, and partner with site leadership to deploy daily improvement systems and sustain

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
Minimum of 2+ years of progressive experience in operations, manufacturing, continuous improvement, Lean, quality, supply chain, or related environment.
Experience leading kaizen events, improvement projects, Lean deployment, or cross-functional process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead Parker Lean System Deployment, Ownership and Governance within assigned value streams, departments, or sites.
Lead kaizen events and structure improvement workshops from planning through execution, report-out, and sustainment.
Apply advanced Lean tools and methods, including value stream mapping, standard work, SMED, 5S/6S, flow/pull, visual management, kanban, and TPM concepts.
Coach teams in structured problem-solving tools and analyze CI data to validate benefits.
Partner with site leadership and cross-functional teams to drive sustained improvements and SQDCI performance.
