Qualifications

• Must have leadership experience in restaurant or retail
• Minimum 2 years in a management or supervisor role
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations with the GM
• Lead and motivate team to deliver Bibibop's signature service
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and processes for efficiency
• Uphold policies, health and safety standards
• Address guest feedback professionally and resolve issues
• Train and develop staff to reach their potential

• Ensure consistent food quality and presentation
