BIBIBOP is seeking an Operations Leader to guide daily restaurant operations and mentor staff, ensuring guests receive exceptional service and experience. This role partners with the General Manager to uphold brand standards and drive team excellence across the operation.

In this position, you will lead scheduling, inventory control, and daily processes while maintaining a safe, clean environment. This role emphasizes leadership, adaptability, and a guest-centric mindset in a fast-paced setting.
