BIBIBOP is seeking a passionate General Manager to lead a Columbus, OH restaurant. You will oversee all operations, drive guest satisfaction, manage budgeting and P&L, and mentor a high-performing team to deliver consistent, quality service.

You’ll recruit and train leaders, implement process improvements, maintain food safety and service standards, and control costs while supporting career growth and a positive, collaborative workplace.

Qualifications

• Five years of leadership experience in restaurant or retail environments.
• Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced settings and manage budgets.
