Job summary

BIBIBOP is seeking an Operations Leader to oversee daily restaurant operations, mentor the team, and partner with the General Manager to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Based in Washington, you will manage scheduling, inventory, and quality standards while upholding company policies and safety protocols; strong leadership and communication are essential, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a management or leadership role within a restaurant or retail environment preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations.
• Lead and motivate team members to deliver Bibibop’s signature service and quality.
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and operational processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Uphold company policies, procedures, and health/safety standards.
• Address guest feedback with professionalism, ensuring a positive resolution. Assist in training and developing team members to reach their full potential.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Ensure consistent food quality, preparation, and presentation.
