Grossman Young & Hammond, LLC is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to build and lead a high-performing operations function in our Washington, DC office. You will own daily operations, develop a multidisciplinary team, document core workflows, and align operations with the firm’s financial and strategic goals.

The ideal candidate will drive efficiencies, manage cross-office staffing challenges, and oversee IT and facilities.

Formación

• Minimum of eight years of progressively responsible experience in operations or a related leadership role.
• Proven success leading teams, improving organizational processes, and overseeing complex operations.
• Strong business acumen, sound judgment, problem-solving ability, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for reporting and analysis, with interest in using technology to improve processes.
• Ability to evaluate AI-powered solutions to improve efficiencies.
• An in-office presence for first 90 days, then a hybrid schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the multidisciplinary operations team supporting office administration, client experience, executive support, billing, and other needs.
• Partner with HR and IT to design, deliver high-quality employee experience and oversee related processes.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure resources and support for attorneys and staff.
• Develop, document, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for core processes.
• Collaborate with practice leaders to resolve staffing and workflow challenges.
• Coordinate IT services and oversee technology initiatives with external firms.
• Manage facilities and vendor relationships; secure new office space as needed.
• Identify efficiencies and implement scalable solutions to improve productivity and service delivery.
