Job summary

Washington Legal Group, LLP is seeking a Director of Operations to run the entire business side of the firm, not just assist. You will own people, budgets, systems, and office operations, reporting directly to the Managing Partner.

You will create processes, improve reporting, and establish hiring standards while ensuring the firm runs smoothly and efficiently. Compensation starts at $70,000 with room to grow, plus a performance bonus, full medical, dental, and vision, a 401(k) with employer

• Requires prior law firm experience and understanding of trust accounts, calendar deadlines, and month-end billing.
• Ability to design and implement processes, reporting, and hiring standards.
