Job summary

CircusTrix dba Sky Zone (Defy, Rockin' Jump) is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily park operations in our New Jersey location. You will supervise team leads and frontline staff, coordinate scheduling, safety, and guest flow, and partner with the General Manager to drive performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of formal management or supervisory experience overseeing teams.
• Experience in a high-volume, guest-facing environment such as hospitality or retail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coach in real time.
• Experience with scheduling, labor targets and daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Daily Execution and Team Success: supervise team leads and frontline staff during shifts; coach in real time to build accountability and energy.
• Own Shift Flow and Operations: manage staffing, guest flow, inventory, and cleanliness; partner with GM on labor strategy and safety.
• Deliver Guest Experiences That Wow: ensure guests feel welcome and safe from check-in to check-out; support events and high-volume days.
• Champion Safety and Brand Standards: conduct safety walkthroughs and uphold brand standards across all zones.
