Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior supervisory or management experience preferred.

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 25–50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead on-shift operations, directing team and addressing workflow gaps.
• Provide prompt, courteous customer service per standards.
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized store environment.
• Oversee food service tasks following safety standards.
• Act as manager-on-duty during shifts when Store Manager absent.
• Recruit and train new team members.
• Run reports and assist with inventory management.
