Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of operations or supervisory experience in private duty home care, senior living, healthcare services, or high-volume service operations (hospitality, retail, field ops).
• Demonstrated ability to manage hourly workers, handle difficult conversations, and enforce policies.
• Strong tech fluency with home care EMRs like AxisCare, ClearCare/WellSky, or similar systems is a major plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Daily Office Leadership: Manage day-to-day office operations, caregiver shift allocation, real-time schedule changes, and EVV compliance using our agency management system (AxisCare).
• Team Accountability: Direct and supervise office coordination staff and field caregivers; hold employees accountable to attendance, care plans, and agency service standards.
• Escalation Management: Handle urgent caregiver call-outs, client family inquiries, and field incidents with professionalism and immediate problem-solving.
• Operational Quality & Compliance: Audit caregiver log notes, oversee billing and payroll preparation accuracy, and maintain strict state home care compliance.
