Visiting Angels in Walnut Creek, CA is seeking an Operations Manager to own daily office workflows, caregiver scheduling, staff accountability, and client satisfaction. The role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced home care environment.

You will oversee office coordination, ensure EVV/compliance, and drive performance with a quarterly bonus program tied to retention, documentation, and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of operations or supervisory experience in private duty home care, senior living, healthcare services, or high-volume service operations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage hourly workers, handle difficult conversations, and enforce policies.
• Strong tech fluency with home care EMRs like AxisCare, ClearCare/WellSky, or similar systems.
• Excellent organizational skills and calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Daily Office Leadership: Manage day-to-day office operations, caregiver shift allocation, real-time schedule changes, and EVV compliance using AxisCare.
