BrightStar Care of East Los Gatos & South San Jose is seeking a hands-on Care Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations, recruit and retain caregivers, ensure regulatory compliance, and sustain high client satisfaction across our community in San Jose and Los Gatos.

In this role you’ll partner with leadership to optimize scheduling, manage administrative workflows, and promote a culture of empathy, accountability, and excellence while navigating healthcare standards and state regulations.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of leadership or operations management experience in home care or related field.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling/EHR platforms; strong writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations, caregiver recruitment, and retention.
• Oversee scheduling, field visits, and regulatory compliance; ensure client satisfaction.
• Manage administrative and financial workflows, payroll, and invoicing; monitor margins.
