Puttshack is seeking an Assistant Director of Operations to lead a high-volume venue with a multi-faceted bar and restaurant. You will oversee daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and manage a team to achieve financial and service goals.

You will align with the Director of Operations to optimize systems, ensure compliance, and deliver a top-tier player and dining experience across all venue areas.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in high-volume F&B/hospitality with $6MM+ in sales.
• 4+ years in a management role leading departments and developing a team.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end F&B operations and full-service concepts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day venue operations including game tech, F&B, and environment.
• Optimize operations to meet metrics for efficiency, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with policies, processes, and standards.
