Job summary

Puttshack USA is seeking a Director of Operations to lead a high-volume, tech-enabled venue. You will oversee a multi-faceted operation including a full-service bar & restaurant and events space, driving top-line growth, cost control, and exceptional guest experiences.

You will manage a large team, develop leaders, and ensure compliance with safety and company standards while partnering with leadership to meet financial targets and growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in high-volume food & beverage, hospitality or social entertainment venues with $10MM+ in sales.
• At least 8 years in senior leadership roles managing large salaried and hourly teams.
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence and managing P&L to achieve financial targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead venue operations to exceed metrics for efficiency, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across game, technology, food & beverage, and environment.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety standards; manage systems and reporting.
• Collaborate with on-site technicians and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot venue tech.
• Oversee purchasing and inventory across all venue areas; manage events and group sales.
• Drive budgets, forecasts, cost control, and revenue initiatives; optimize spend per visit.
• Hire, train and develop a large team; manage staffing and onboarding processes.
• Foster a positive, inclusive culture; conduct performance reviews and provide coaching.
• Champion brand and guest experience; monitor feedback and implement improvements.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, wage/hour laws and regulations.
