Job summary

Puttshack USA is seeking a Hospitality Manager to oversee a high-volume, full-service restaurant/venue with a game component. You will lead hourly teams, manage service, bar, and tech integration, and partner with leadership to meet venue goals.

Ideal candidates bring strong leadership, financial acumen, and adaptability to learn new systems while delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a manager in a full-service restaurant.
• Experience in high-volume food & beverage, hospitality, or social entertainment venues.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coach hourly staff.
• Demonstrates financial acumen and understanding of restaurant operations.
• Tech-savvy and willing to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 1-2 areas of the venue operations including service, bar, reception, game & tech.
• Uphold company policies, processes, procedures, and standards; inspire others to do the same.
• Operate computer systems including a POS System and Online Team Member Scheduler.
• Manage controllable expenses for their area of responsibility.
• Ensure all side work is completed and proper collaboration between kitchen and front of house.
