Job summary

Puttshack USA Seaport is seeking a Director of Operations to lead a high-volume venue including games, dining, and events. As the senior leader on site, you will drive operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and team performance while upholding Puttshack standards.

You will manage budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams, with a focus on safety, compliance, and scalable growth across venues in the region.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in high-volume hospitality/entertainment venues.
• 8+ years in senior leadership managing large teams.
• Proven track record in P&L and financial targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead venue operations across game, food & beverage, and events.
• Manage budgets, forecasts and cost controls to hit targets.
• Hire, train and develop salaried and hourly staff.
• Ensure exceptional guest experience and brand standards.
• Maintain health, safety, and regulatory compliance.
