Job summary

Puttshack USA is seeking a Hospitality Manager to oversee a high-volume, full-service restaurant/venue with a game component. You will report to the Director of Operations and lead hourly teams to achieve venue goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will manage service, bar, reception, and tech, hire and train staff, schedule shifts, coach performance, and ensure safety and compliance while collaborating with kitchen and front-of-house teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a manager in a full-service restaurant or similar high-volume food & beverage venue.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coach and develop hourly staff.
• Demonstrates financial acumen and understanding of restaurant operations.
• Tech-savvy and willing to learn new systems and tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service, bar, reception, game & tech areas.
• Ensure policies, procedures and standards are followed to meet objectives.
• Operate POS and online scheduling systems.
• Manage controllable expenses and assign side work.
• Coordinate between kitchen and front-of-house operations.
