Job summary

Puttshack USA is seeking a Hospitality Manager to lead day-to-day operations of a high-volume full-service venue with a game component. You will oversee service, bar, reception, and tech, while coaching hourly staff and partnering with leadership to hit venue goals.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of restaurant management, strong financial acumen, and a passion for guest service in a fast-paced entertainment setting. On-site availability weekends/evenings is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a managerial role in a full-service restaurant or high-volume venue.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to coach hourly staff.
• Financial acumen and understanding of restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee venue operations including service, bar, reception, game & tech.
• Lead hiring, training, and scheduling for hourly staff.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and brand standards are consistently delivered.
