Job summary

Puttshack Addison is seeking an Assistant Director of Operations to lead a multi-team venue responsible for the food & beverage program, guest experience, and day-to-day operations of our high-volume location. You’ll partner with the Director of Operations to drive financial performance while championing Puttshack culture.

You will hire, train, and develop salaried and hourly staff, schedule with forecasts, and ensure safety and compliance across a tech-enabled venue with multiple mini golf

Qualifications

  • 7+ years in high-volume F&B or hospitality with $6MM+ sales
  • 4+ years in management leading departments
  • Proven track record of driving operational excellence
  • Knowledge of full-service kitchen and bar operations
  • Strong leadership and training abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Tech savvy and adaptable to new systems
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, holidays; occasional travel
  • Must pass post-offer background check

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across venue areas including game tech, F&B, and environment
  • Work with Director of Operations to optimize operations to meet metrics and enhance efficiency, profitability, and guest satisfaction
  • Uphold company policies, processes, procedures, and standards to adhere to compliance and business objectives
  • Manage daily systems and reporting within the venue, including scheduling & timekeeping tools, cash handling, inventory, POS, reservation system, Puttshack technology, guest satisfaction, etc.
  • Responsible for tracking, storing, purchasing, and invoicing of small wares, food, liquor, and other inventory
