You will collaborate with the General Manager to ensure guest satisfaction, food quality, and efficient workflows, while fostering a culture of accountability and growth.

Ideal candidates bring strong leadership, adaptability and communication skills, with a customer-centric mindset, and a willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced restaurant or retail setting.
• Ability to drive daily operations and guest satisfaction with strong problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in overseeing all restaurant operations.
• Lead and motivate team members to deliver Bibibop’s signature service and quality.
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and processes for smooth operations.
• Uphold company policies, health and safety standards.
• Address guest feedback professionally and resolve issues.
• Train and develop team members to reach their potential.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Ensure consistent food quality, preparation, and presentation.
