Job summary

BIBIBOP is seeking an Operations Leader to help drive daily restaurant operations, guest experiences, and team performance. This role partners with the General Manager to deliver consistent service, maintain quality, and manage schedules and inventory.

You will influence standards, train staff, and uphold health and safety while contributing to a positive, growth-focused workplace culture.

Qualifications

Leadership and people management experience in a fast-paced restaurant or retail setting.
Strong operational knowledge of daily restaurant functions and safety standards.
Guest-focused mindset with ability to resolve issues professionally.

Responsibilities

Support the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations.
Lead and motivate team members to deliver Bibibop’s signature service and quality.
Manage scheduling, inventory, and operational processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Uphold company policies, procedures, and health/safety standards.
Address guest feedback with professionalism, ensuring a positive resolution.
Assist in training and developing team members to reach their full potential.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Ensure consistent food quality, preparation, and presentation.
