BIBIBOP Operations Leader location: United States. Bibibop seeks an experienced Operations Leader to partner with the General Manager, drive daily restaurant performance, mentor staff, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

This role emphasizes leadership, process optimization, and maintaining high standards across all shifts. The ideal candidate will have restaurant leadership experience, strong communication, and a commitment to a high-energy service environment with opportunities for

Qualifications

Two years of experience in a management or leadership role within a restaurant or retail environment.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
Valid Driver's License required.
Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

Support the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations.
Lead and motivate team members to deliver Bibibop’s signature service and quality.
Manage scheduling, inventory, and operational processes to ensure smooth operations.
Uphold company policies, health/safety standards.
Address guest feedback with professionalism and resolve issues.
Train and develop team members to reach their full potential.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Ensure consistent food quality and presentation.
