BIBIBOP is seeking an Operations Leader to join our team. You’ll collaborate with the General Manager to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional guest experiences while driving overall restaurant success.

Responsibilities include leading a team, managing scheduling and inventory, upholding safety standards, and mentoring staff to deliver our signature service with consistent food quality.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a management or leadership role within a restaurant or retail environment preferred.

• Support the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations.
• Lead and motivate team members to deliver Bibibop’s signature service and quality.
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and operational processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
