• Develop and maintain SSHD’s operational calendar, annual work plan, policy inventory, SOP library, and trackers.
• Establish operating rhythms with dashboards, ownership, deadlines, and escalation protocols.
• Translate policies into workflows, templates, and measurable deliverables.
• Identify gaps and risks; implement practical improvements.
• Support enterprise work-management and information systems with COO and CIO.
