Job summary

The Neiders Company, headquartered in Seattle, seeks a strategic Vice President of Operations to drive financial and operational performance across our multifamily portfolio. You will lead asset value through disciplined portfolio management and hands-on leadership across on-site teams.

This role requires 10+ years in multifamily real estate operations, a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred), strong budgeting and forecasting skills, and the ability to travel to properties while maintaining a

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics or related field required; MBA or related graduate degree a plus.
10+ years of progressive experience in multifamily real estate operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven success managing large-scale property portfolios and driving NOI improvement.
Strong financial and analytical skills; budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

Lead financial oversight across the portfolio, including NOI growth, budgeting, and capital planning.
Oversee Regional Managers and develop consistent, scalable property operations.
Lead quarterly asset reviews and coordinate capital improvements and disposition planning.
Collaborate with CEO/owner on long-term strategic plans and market strategies.
Spend time on-site across properties and maintain visibility with on-site teams.
