Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership in multifamily property management operations.
• Strong understanding of on-site property management challenges and opportunities.
• Experience with compliance, training, marketing, centralized accounting, or technology through leadership or cross-functional partnerships.
• Experience with dashboards, KPI frameworks, or data analytics capabilities.
• Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives or organizational restructuring.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop department teams with clear accountability and collaborative objectives.
• Establish shared KPIs and strategic priorities aligned with property operations and company goals.
• Evaluate, select, and implement a new CRM platform with the Software Systems team to meet operational needs.
• Define data governance and standardization across systems to support scalable growth.
• Define site-level KPIs and build data architectures and real-time dashboards for visibility.
• Drive standardized processes and automation across properties to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate compliance strategies and embed requirements into systems, training, and processes.
• Align Marketing and Training with on-site operations and goals to ensure consistent messaging and system usage.
• Provide regular reporting to the EVP of Operations on department performance and cross-functional progress.
