Acacia Network is seeking a Director of Operations in New York City to oversee the Operations Department, contracted building maintenance, and contracted security. The role includes supervising senior staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining client services and crisis intervention capabilities.

Salary ranges from $60,611.02 to $70,000 annually, depending on experience, with full-time commitment.

Formación

• HS Diploma/Equivalent required.
• Experience supervising staff and managing programs preferred.
• Knowledge of crisis intervention and client services.
• Proven ability to document, report, and coordinate with partners.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct supervision to Senior Shift Supervisor/Shift Supervisors.
• Assist Program Director with oversight of Operations, maintenance, and security.
• Manage record keeping, incident reports, and building inspections.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and funding sources; coordinate client services.
