Job summary

CulinArt Group, a member of Compass Group USA, seeks an Assistant General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for the account and drive exceptional service. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, manage budgets, and ensure top-quality food and guest experience.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will work with the Chef on menus, supervise HR tasks including hiring and coaching, and implement new culinary programs with marketing and culinary teams.

Qualifications

• BS in Hospitality or Culinary preferred.
• 3–5 years of foodservice operation experience in GM/Assistant GM roles.
• High volume production and catering experience essential.
• Experience managing a budget.
• Desire to learn and grow with a top-tier foodservice company.

Responsibilities

• Supports and oversees all P&L and budgeting for the account.
• Manages day-to-day operations of the account.
• Conducts HR functions, including hiring and terminations.
• Oversees scheduling, payroll, and staff training.
• Maintains strong relationships with customers, guests, and clients.
• Works with the Chef on menu creation and food quality.
