Compass Group USA's CulinArt Sector is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee daily operations for a high-volume account. You will partner with the leadership team to ensure superior food quality, exceptional customer service, and effective budget management.

The role requires strong communication, multi-tasking, and the ability to lead teams, coordinate with culinary staff, and implement new programs in collaboration with marketing and culinary teams.

Qualifications

• BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred.
• 3+ years of foodservice operation experience at a similar level.
• Experience managing a budget is essential.

Responsibilities

• Supports & oversees all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account.
• Supports & manages overall day-to-day operations of the account.
• Conducts HR functions, including hiring, progressive counseling, and terminations.
• Supports overseeing scheduling, payroll, and team training.
• Maintains relationships with customers, guests, and clients and other departments.
• Works with Chef and management to create menus and provide top-quality food.
