CulinArt Sector, part of Compass Group USA, is seeking a General Manager to lead day-to-day operations for a major account. You will coordinate with the chef and management team to deliver top-quality food and service while driving client satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication, team leadership, and the ability to multi-task, with a focus on achieving superior food quality and service excellence across a high-volume dining program.

Qualifications

• BS in Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of foodservice operation experience at a similar level (General Manager/Director).
• Experience managing budgets and high-volume production/catering.

Responsibilities

• Oversee P&L and budgeting for the account.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the account.
• Conduct HR functions including hiring, counseling, and terminations.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, and team training.
• Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests, and clients.
