Job summary

Rinchem is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee operations and development of customer services. You will manage staff, hire and train, and report to an Operations Director as you drive performance, efficiency, and safety across the warehouse and related activities.

Qualifications

• 4 Year Degree or comparable warehouse management experience.
• Minimum of four years of progressive responsibility in a warehouse or logistics setting.
• Experience with Six Sigma Lean principles in logistics.

Responsibilities

• Understand budget with Director and manage local expenses.
• Lead local team and ensure daily operations align with strategy.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
• Coordinate with Safety, Health, and Environment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and reconcile with warehouse systems.
• Recruit, train, and develop warehouse staff to meet company standards.
