Job summary

Rinchem Chandler Warehouse is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead and train the warehouse team, overseeing technicians and specialists to ensure safe, efficient operations. The role collaborates with the Operations Manager to optimize shipping, receiving, and inventory processes.

The ideal candidate will have forklift experience, supervisory background, and strong English communication. This position requires a reliable, flexible schedule and willingness to work in a fast-paced chemistry

Qualifications

• Forklift experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience in a warehouse setting.
• English language literacy (read, write, speak) required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train Warehouse Technicians, Cleanroom Technicians and Inventory Shipping Specialists.
• Coordinate day-to-day activities with the Operations Manager.
• Ensure safety, quality and timely completion of tasks.
• Manage staffing, scheduling and overtime to control costs.
• Document processes and drive continuous improvement.
