Job summary

Paladin Envirotech is seeking a General Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day facility operations, drive efficiency, and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. This hands-on leadership role guides managers, ensures optimal staffing and resource use, and partners with senior leadership to support strategic growth.

The role requires 5+ years in operations management within warehousing or related environments, with strong problem-solving, communication, and budgeting skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of operations and/or management experience in a warehouse environment.
• Experience leading teams and managing employees in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple departments, priorities, and projects simultaneously.
• Experience managing budgets, expenses, operational metrics, and KPIs.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and business management/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations to ensure processes are efficient and aligned with objectives.
• Establish and maintain operational standards, procedures, and workflows.
• Ensure production and operational activities are completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor facility performance and identify opportunities to improve productivity and quality.
• Provide leadership to department managers and supervisors; coach and mentor staff.
• Promote a positive, team-oriented workplace culture and address concerns with HR.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental standards, and regulations.
