Job summary

Enviromatic Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our Building Automation and Controls business.

This role focuses on driving operational excellence, supporting project execution, managing field and office personnel, and ensuring exceptional customer service across the organization. Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of leadership experience in BAS, HVAC, or related construction operations.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing operational teams including field technicians and project staff.
• Proven experience with project execution, service operations, workforce planning, and profitability metrics.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction projects, service operations, and project financials.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations for service, project, programming, and controls teams; drive efficiency and profitability.
• Develop and monitor KPIs; identify improvements and ensure consistent project execution.
• Coach and develop managers, supervisors, and staff; drive workforce planning and retention.
• Support project managers and service leaders; monitor schedules, staffing, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure safety compliance and promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
