You will oversee training programs, manage capacity planning, and ensure on-time, high-quality service delivery while addressing customer satisfaction metrics like NPS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, with relevant field experience.
• 5+ years of leadership in manufacturing operations, including budget management and executing business strategies.
• Proven ability to manage cross-departmental relationships and work with executive and field leadership.
• Experience in leading continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Drive safety initiatives and training, while implementing SOPs and KPIs.
• Optimize fleet and labor utilization to meet customer demand.
• Conduct quarterly inventory counts for fleet, rolling stock, and PPE.
• Utilize capacity planning tools to support growth and inventory management.
• Lead branch assessments and ensure on-time deliveries with high quality.
